Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.

Kundalini Yoga

 Kundalini yoga is an advanced practice  given to build physical vitality, clear the seven chakras and three main meridians (Ida, Pingala and Sushumena).

Shakti Reiki

 What you are experiencing in a healing session is Usui Reiki Ryoho, and  Integrative Shakti Reiki that not only integrates Usui, but also shamanic and shakti feminine “KI” or energy.

Yin Yoga

 The practice consists of gentle and supported long-held floor asanas that focus on opening the fascia, ligaments and bones of the body. The practice balances the body, mind and emotions so that one can prepare to sit in meditation.
