The Integrated Shakti Reiki Level 1 Training is in-person and will meet 2 times (check back for dates in the future). You will received an initiation in the first meeting and meet up again the following month. There will be a weekly zoom meditation and check-in between the first and second meeting. This allows for support and integration of the energy from the attunement. Practices will be given and required if the reiki aspirant feels drawn and the teacher agrees to continue to the second level.
The Integrative Shakti Reiki Level 2 Training will be a 7 month training in-person. The dates have not been set, but will most likely begin in May 2022. This class will have 4 meetings and 3 additional reiki group practices. The practice groups will also include a Yin yoga and meditation practice. This will give time to practice becoming a healer and build confidence in giving a reiki session. Certification is not guaranteed at the end of the 7 months and is at the discretion of myself.
Level I
Classes 1-2
Level 1 will be taught in-person at my home. Students will learn the history, lineage, meditation practices, and principles of Integrated Shakti Reiki (ISR). This includes a gentle Kundalini yoga set with an ISR lineage meditation, meditation practices, receive ISR 1 attunement, and learning self-reiki hand positions. There will be a weekly zoom check-in and meditation between the first and second meeting.

Level II
Classes 1-4
Level 2 will also be taught in-person at my home. Requiring instructor approval, continuing students will learn advanced ISR symbols, how to give a Reiki session, how to hold space for another, be given practices to increase sensitivity to reiki energy, establishing boundaries, code of ethics, and how to start their own practice. Instruction will begin with the Level II attunement. There will be 3 additional reiki practice groups, in-person, that include a Yin yoga and meditation practice as well as opportunities to do a reiki healing session.
Certification is not guaranteed after the 7 month training but will be at the discretion of the teachers.
