Integrative Shakti Reiki 1 Training

This is the first of a two class training in Reiki 1, where you will get attuned to integrated Shakti Reiki which will enable you to channel this healing energy for your own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic healing.  You will learn the history, lineage, beginning meditation practices, and self-reiki hand positions.  In addition, each meeting we will have a gentle yoga class to open the body, calm the mind, and balance the emotions to prepare for the integrated shakti reiki attunement and for learning how to give a full reiki session to a family member.
